Billie Jo Estelle, 42, of Rome, PA passed away on Friday May 26, 2017 at Robert Packer Hospital.
She was predeceased by father, Ralph Fenton; grandfathers, Norman Babcock, and Harrison Fenton; and sister, Tonya Fenton.
Billie Jo is survived by her mother and step-father, Bea and Doug Russell of Rome, PA; her sons, Cody (Krista) Pedro of Rome, PA, Dustin (Tenisha) Pedro of Laceyville, and Jason Place of Towanda, PA; step-daughters, Cassidy Estelle of Towanda, and Cortney Place of Ulster, PA; brothers, Adam Tinkham of Rome, PA, and Shanon (Amy) Fenton of Laceyville, PA; four grandsons, Hunter Pedro, Chase Pedro, Wesson Pedro, and Trenton Pedro; granddaughter, Ryleigh Pedro; grandmother, Gladys Babcock of Rome, Flora (Jim) Frost of Watkins Glen, NY; step-mother, Deb Fenton or Laceyville, PA; father and mother-in-law, David Sr and Cindy Estelle of Monroeton; sister-in-law, Lori Vandeweert of Towanda; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Billie Jo was a loving and caring mother who had many friends that adored her. She was selfless and enjoyed horseback riding, barrel racing, canoeing and riding motorcycles with her beloved husband. She loved her many animals, including her dogs and horses. Through her working career, Billie Jo did everything from making pizza, waitressing, running heavy equipment, construction, and finally in the field she always dreamed of, health care.
David and Billie Jo’s families will receive friends Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home 217 York Ave. Towanda, PA where a funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Jira Albers of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Towanda officiating. Burial will be on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery, Towanda, PA.
