Clair Lewis Litteer, 63 of Bentley Creek, PA passed away peacefully on July 12, 2016 after battling lung cancer. He was at the Arnot Odgen Hospital in Elmira, NY.
He was born at the Arnot on September 25, 1952, the son of Everett and Erla Lewis Litteer.
He will be greatly missed by all his family, friends and co-workers. He was Mr. Fix it, working for HEP materials for many years.
He also loved racing, any kind, especially drag racing.
Clair was predeceased by his parents, his step-son, Kodiak Coble, and his nephew, James Finnerty.
He is survived by his wife, Valerie Brown; daughter, Kelly (Nate) Perez; son, Jody (Kris) Litteer; step-daughters, April (Kevin) Shook, and Tessa (Mario) Stanzione; brother, Mark (Christina) Litteer; sister, Laurie (Andy) Littleton, and Ellen (Gavin) Finnerty; grandchildren, Isabel Perez, Nathanial Perez, Gage Lawson, Parker Lawson, Maddox Lawson, Madalyn Lawson, Jude Renee Botero, and Mena Clark; aunt, Letitia Thompson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He will be cremated and there will be a celebration of Clair’s life on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Newtown Battlefield Park (Sullivan’s Monument) in Lowman NY.
