Jessica June Carter, 46, of Lockwood, NY, passed away at home on Monday, December 28th 2020.
She was born in Waverly, NY on August 27th 1974 and she graduated from Candor Central School in 1992. Jessica worked many different jobs during the years. She enjoyed four-wheeler riding, mudding, hunting, fishing, playing board games with her children, playing cards, playing games on her computer and tablet, drawing, camping and much more. Jessica has touched the hearts of many and has loved with her whole heart.
Jessica was preceded in death by her parents, George Clifford Carter and Marie Hendrickson Andrew; and her grandparents that raised her, Edna and Francis Hendrickson.
Jessica is survived by her fiancé, Joshua Williams Sr of Lockwood, NY; her children, Crystal Carter (Dean Chandler) of Milan, PA; Leann Parker (Joshua Beckman) of Waverly, NY; Jacob Chandler of Waverly, NY; her stepchildren, Joshua Williams Jr and James Williams of Lockwood, NY; her siblings, Paula (Ernie) Cota of Okinawa, Betti (Chris) Dow of Barton, NY, Hope (James) Hammond of Dayton, TN, and Francis Carter of Greenville, TN; her grandchildren, Alexis Carter, Alexander Jordan, Colt Chandler, Athena Chandler, Jesse Beckman, and Daniel Beckman (to arrive this March).
The family has entrusted Blauvelt Funeral Home, 625 Broad Street, Waverly, New York. Although there will be no services held due to Jessica's request, a celebration of her life will be held instead that the family will set up at a later time.
