Gerald Mosier and Lt. Col. Bruce Mastellar.

He is also survived by five great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; Tracey Mosier of Rising Sun, Maryland, Marc (Ruby) Mosier of Waverly, New York, Kelly (Bruce) Godwin of Boca Raton, Florida, Debra Mosier of Waverly, New York, Annette Mosier of Millersville, Maryland, Lori Mosier of Corning, New York and Robert Mosier of Millersville, Maryland; sister-in-law Betty (Mosier) Hill and brother-in-law George Hill of Waverly, NY and Uncle Robert "Bob" Clark of Florida; life-long friends, Fred and Sue Seagar of Athens, Pennsylvania; along with numerous relatives and special friends.
Bill proudly served in the Air Force from 1966 to 1970. Bill retired from GE Railcar in Sayre, Pennsylvania after over 30 years. Since his retirement in 2010, he met up for breakfast with his fellow retirees every third Thursday of the month to share hunting stories and once in a while an old work story.
Bill had a deep love for his family. He was always there to help out, especially when our driveways needed to be plowed after a storm or lawn needed to be mowed. He enjoyed the outdoors and had a love for hunting, golfing and archery. He could be found at the 3D archery range at Arnot Forest Archery where he volunteered his time repairing targets. Bill raised beagles and had his beagle "Bunny" by his side at all times. Bill had a unique sense of humor that always put a smile on our faces. He loved his daily coffee outings around the valley, running into friends and along the way looking for that lucky lotto game to play with family and friends.
